They were so efficient! Everybody was pleasant they took me in right away did whatever they had to do with diagnostics CT scan, x-rays, fitted me with a boot and crutches. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They were wonderful and Dr. Kris Bly was totally attentive and amazing. She worked her "magic". Extremely professional yet great bedside manner! Was vacationing in Key West from Los Angeles and immediately starting feeling cruddy - head ache, sinuses, throat. I was just starting my trip, so I wanted to get better fast. Since I didn't want to bother tracking down a whole new doctor, I asked my hotel and they recommended this place. And I have to say that if it wasn't such a particularly pleasant experience, I wouldn't bother writing a review. Even though they were busy, it was a very clean and nice environment. I was seen in short amount of time, the staff was friendly, and the doctor who just checked me out was very kind and professional. They took my insurance, called in a prescription, and I managed to enjoy the last few days of my vacation feeling pretty good. – Zach T.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff who really care about you as a person, not just another number. I was in and out for my X-rays in no time. The X-ray tech was professional, courteous, and very friendly. So much better than any other Urgent Care spot that I've been to! – Rebecca B.
Took my daughter's boyfriend here last summer for an infection below the ear that he'd had lanced prior to our Key West visit. Staff and physician that treated him were all professional, efficient, and spot on. Took very good care of our patient, wrote scripts to a local pharmacy that was helpful, efficient in the billing/insurance department. Would go again!! – Carolina B.
I was stung by a bee and developed a very strong reaction shortly thereafter. I was referred here as they seemingly have the longest hours. I gave them a call, they had no wait, and so I took a taxi on over. Upon getting out of the taxi with a crazy face bee sting and messed up on ineffective benadryl, I forgot my wallet in the taxi. The staff at Advanced Urgent Care called up the taxi company who brought back my stuff. I was then seen by Dr. Dixon, who quickly laid out my options. I told him where I was staying, he asked my preferred pharmacy, and then told me which CVS to pick up my prescription at, which was right next to my hotel. Mad props for Advanced Urgent Care! – Scott H.
This is an amazing place! I developed a UTI and walked in for treatment on a Friday morning. Less than an hour later I was picking up my scripts at the Walgreens down the road. Everyone was so kind and helpful and except for the few minutes it took me to fill out the paperwork, I spent no time waiting for the check-in, the lab, the exam or getting checked out. – Christi G.
My wife was treated quickly and carefully with everyone on staff here. She was tested, treated, and sent to the ER in an ambulance in order for her to get care off island via a medical flight. We really appreciate the staff here, and when we get back to Key West we plan to visit and thank them for their help and professionalism!!! – Cris O.
The service provided was caring, kind and expert. The exam was through and the physician's assistant didn't stop until they'd rooted out the source of my ills. They're popular so expect a crowd but it was worth the wait. BTW, I'm all better now. – Ramon D.

Nothing quite like getting sick on a trip you've been looking forward to for months! On Wednesday, I started feeling icky with a little sore throat. By Friday, it turned into a full-blown sinus infection. Not knowing where to go, I asked my hotel concierge and they recommended this place. The doctor saw me almost immediately, gave me a thorough check up, and called in some antibiotics--all at a really good price. The staff was friendly and the office was nice and clean. I'm glad I found it! – Bradley P.
