How do I schedule a Televisit ?
Call us at (305) 294-0011 and press option "5" to speak with a scheduling agent about our same-day telemedicine callbacks.
Do I need to prepare for the Televisit ?
Yes, please complete and submit the Consent for Telehealth form.
How do I join the Televisit?
Once you have requested a callback, you will be entered into the queue. When a physician becomes available you will be sent a text message or email containing a link to join the Televisit. You can connect to your Televisit through your smart phone, tablet or computer. Please join the Televisit as soon as you receive the link.
How much does a Televisit cost?
We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare.
The cost of a virtual visit for cash paying patients is $100 and will be collected prior to the video conference. Our fees are discounted for patients without insurance. If insurance information is provided, a claim will be filed on your behalf.
