How do I make an appointment?
Appointments may be made by calling any of our 3 locations.


How do I join the TeleVisit?
Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will be sent an email and/or text message link to your appointment.   You can connect to your TeleVisit with one of our providers through your Smart Phone, iPad, Tablet or Computer.  Please join the TeleVisit 15 mins prior to your appointment time to fill out the patient questionnaire.

You can join your TeleVisit 3 easy ways:

  • Computer iPad or Tablet.  Click on “Join this Telemed Appointment directly” link emailed to you.
  • Smart Phone.  Click on the link text to you.
  • Smart Phone.  Download the Healow App and enter our Practice code FFDIBA.

To access your TeleVisit appointment:

  1. Click on the “Join this Telemed Appointment directly” link sent to you by our practice to your email or text. 
  2. After you click “Join this Telemed Appointment directly” button in the email or text link, the TeleVisit window open in your smart phone or on your computer and you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your medical history.  Please answer all the questions as thoroughly as possible.  If you do not know the answers, you many leave that section blank and move forward to the next question. 
  3. After you complete the questionnaire, click “Start TeleVisit.”  You will then be placed in the virtual waiting room.  At the same time, the provider is notified that you are ready to be seen.  When the provider is ready, a video screen will open and you will be connected to one of our providers.


How much does a Virtual TeleVisit appointment cost?

We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, MultiPlan, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. 

The cost of a virtual visit for a cash pay patient is $100 and will be collected prior to the video conference.  Our fees are discounted for patients without insurance.  If insurance information is provided, a claim will be filed on your behalf. 

*Please note, during the COVID-19 crisis, all co-payment and deductibles will be waived by your insurance and your visit will be 100% covered by your insurance.
